Angel Fund
cwACTs' nonprofit gift program began as a way to support cwACT through contributions from friends, neighbors, and community members. It continues to give cwACT a financial flexibility that it would not have with ticket sales alone.
Did you know that when you purchase a ticket to a cwACT show, you are only paying half-price?
Ticket revenue covers 54% of show costs. cwACT relies on donations to make up almost half of our budget.
Contributions allow us to:
- Keep ticket costs low, giving more people access to live theatre.
- Perform shows our community wants to see, without relying on a show's "commercial" potential.
- Provide free or steeply discounted tickets to special groups.
- Grant scholarship funds to deserving students who seek advanced education in Theater Arts.
