Lee Blessing has written a sensitive and probing play that examines the subtle and often perilous relationship between three remarkable women. The Grandmother, Dorothea, who has sought to assert her independence through strong willed eccentricity. Her brilliant daughter, Artie, who has fled the stifling domination of her mother. And Artie's daughter Echo, a child of exceptionable intellect who Artie has abandoned to an upbringing by Dorothea.

Auditions will be held at Sentry Theater on April 14 and 15, at 7:00 P.M.
Dorothea should be played by an actress in her 50's. Artie should be played by an actress in her 30's. Echo should be played by an actress in her teens.
